Inspectix is designed to respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Inspectix iPad application and related website.

1. Data Storage

Inspectix stores inspection reports, templates, photos, and related data directly on your device. The application does not require a cloud account to function and does not automatically transmit inspection data to external servers.

2. Inspection Data

All inspection reports, images, notes, and attachments remain under your control. Reports are generated locally as PDF files on your iPad and may be shared by you using email, AirDrop, or other system features.

3. Website Analytics

The Inspectix website may use standard analytics tools to understand general usage patterns and improve the site. These tools collect non-personal information such as browser type, device type, and general geographic region.

4. In-App Purchases

Inspectix offers optional paid subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system. Payment processing and subscription management are handled entirely by Apple. Inspectix does not collect or store your payment information.

5. Data Sharing

Inspectix does not sell, rent, or share your inspection data with third parties.

6. Your Control

You maintain full control over your reports and files. You may export, transfer, or delete your inspection data at any time.
