Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Inspectix application and related website (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using Inspectix, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to Use

Inspectix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store terms.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Inspectix offers optional paid subscriptions through Apple’s in-app purchase system. All billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled directly by Apple. Inspectix does not store or process payment information.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of any inspection reports generated using Inspectix. Inspectix is a reporting tool and does not provide legal, regulatory, or professional compliance guarantees.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your reports meet applicable local, state, national, or industry standards.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Inspectix does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspectix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to business losses, lost profits, or legal claims arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall Inspectix’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Data and Backups

Inspectix stores inspection data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your inspection data.

7. Modifications

Inspectix reserves the right to modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. Updates to these Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
